Nic Barrow holds public meeting | Drewan Baird's Bold Political Notes
In a letter today and tomorrow in the local newspapers, Barrow promised to details of thousands of rands worth of fraud in the municipality uncovering and widespread corruption and theft by municipal officials to disclose.
A Ratepayers will be at the meeting started. Such an organization had long been established and OO looking forward to the association, which is probably the nature of a residents' organization will adopt fully supported.
There has been considerable votes up for the establishment of a taxpayer / residents association. Many residents are extremely unhappy about a variety of issues, and this non-political organization a mouthpiece provides for such grievances.
On this occasion, I incredible passing information dealing with widespread corruption and theft by municipal officials. All information such as names, amounts involved mr doors and methods of this corrupt people mr doors will be revealed. The community will be shocked to hear of many thousands of rands worth of fraud. An invitation to the speaker, mr doors C Wagenaar; Mayor G April, inclusive; and the municipal manager, N Pietersen, mr doors directed the Council's attitude towards corruption and maladministration explain at this meeting. Thanks Nic !! Finally !! I have a few weeks (months?) Trug already suggested. We just can not allow our money so mismanaged it. Let us taxpayers are now together once !!! NOTHING ... politics. Oh but it's nice in Oudtshoorn. I live in Despatch but identify with the problems. Yes R341000 is a lot of money but what about the other fat cats millions to their side krap.OO assb should continue with the good work that is done. The knapies can not go unnoticed or unheard escape
We can not let it just go on it. Unfortunately, our local media nor the fraud publish articles because they lost municipal advetensies. The public is poorly informed about the corruption and I hope all the newspapers and the "Sun" is also there at the meeting. mr doors
