Hardboard without resin (without formaldehyde), no MDF ... Would not gases may issue ... Everything is still packed with foil, so no direct contact with moisture and normally (well, hopefully) would by heavy insulation there no condensation may occur! The lower part is not covered as you can see, plan of a different material to use as a result of contact with the floor and thus high risk for absorption of moisture!
